Meet Abbie Lutz
Heirloom Recruiting was founded by Abbie Lutz, a recruiting and hospitality professional who combines nearly two decades of combined experience in those industries. Her mission is to match top culinary and front-of-the-house talent and corporate staff with the growing restaurant companies who need them. Abbie understands what it’s like to be “in the industry,” since she worked in customer-facing roles in restaurants and bars, as well as on the operations side of the business for nine years. She parlayed that experience to her career as a recruiter, rising to be a top performer in a firm specializing in hospitality. At Heirloom Recruiting restaurateurs and operations executives can expect a deep level of understanding and attention to detail while our team searches for the right hires to grow your business. In the world of recruiting, I find most are no more than resume mills just pumping resumes my way with no consideration of the opportunity relative to the candidate. I'd even go as far to say that I've felt as though some recruiters send every resume they can so they can "mark their territory". Not Abbie!
