Heirloom Recruiting was founded by Abbie Lutz, a recruiting and hospitality professional who combines nearly two decades of combined experience in those industries. Her mission is to match top culinary and front-of-the-house talent and corporate staff with the growing restaurant companies who need them. Abbie understands what it’s like to be “in the industry,” since she worked in customer-facing roles in restaurants and bars, as well as on the operations side of the business for nine years. She parlayed that experience to her career as a recruiter, rising to be a top performer in a firm specializing in hospitality.
